Refund & Cancellation Policy

GROFINANCE VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Under this policy, customers may cancel their subscription or service within the stipulated timeframe as mentioned in the service agreement. Cancellations made after the service has been delivered or after the subscription period has commenced may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

• Full refund: If cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase and before service delivery
• Partial refund: May be applicable based on the service utilization and terms agreed upon
• No refund: For services already consumed or after the specified cancellation period
